About Us
We have developed our business into a number of key areas and with major investment we are now able to recycle our waste direct from our Skip Hire business.
Spotmix Ltd was established in 1985 supplying ready mixed concrete all around the Liverpool and North West area. Our service is unique as the concrete is mixed on arrival and is metered which ensures that the customer pays for the exact quantity required and delivered, with no part load charges. We also offer a free barrowing service which allows us to place the concrete exactly where the customer wants it - hence 'on-the-spot' mix.

With a major investment in Buildings and Machinery in our Waste Transfer Facility, Spotmix Ltd are now achieving 95% recycling of all the waste we process. All cardboard and plastic is 'baled' in our 'on site' balers and sent on to be recycled. All reclaimed timber is recycled for chipboard and fuels. All scrap metals are seperated and sent to be processed. Bricks and concrete are crushed and resold as primary aggregate. All soils are taken to Hightown Composting to be reprocessed, graded and resold.

We also offer Skip hire and Waste Mangement Services and have recently made a major investment in our recycling facilities on our two acre site with waste handling facilities for 100,000 tonnes per annum with 95% of waste received to site is recycled. We anticipate this figure will significantly increase year on year as we become more efficient and develop our processing.
